    I figured out where I went wrong with udev so now I have version 259.5 working without resorting to a systemd build. :-)

    So far I am happy to say that I am still managing to avoid quitting/retiring this custom linux schtuffenputten. Someone has to do it and I appear to be the only one willing ... and able?
