• User Settings -> Forward E-Mail to Netmail doesn't have clear path to

From The Wanderer@1:103/705 to GitLab issue in main/sbbs on Fri Feb 20 10:08:54 2026

If one sets a forwarding address, when trying to remove it, there's no clear option to do so or hint on how to do it.

If you simply clear out the email address when it asks, it says that's invalid.

If you put in a '0' (or some other non-valid address), it seems to shut it off (retaining the invalid entry?), but I have the feeling this didn't use to be quite as unclear?

If one puts in a valid entry (ftn-type or email), *then* Synchro asks "[√] Forward personal e-mail to network mail address? [Yes] No"

    I think something's a little amiss.

I think the previous behavior has now been restored: even if the netmail address is unchanged by the user, still prompt to forward to netmail (if it's a valid external/foreign/supported) netmail address.
