    Trump's ballroom cannot be built any further. No permit has been issued, and as long as that remains the case, a federal judge has halted the project. According to that judge, Trump is not above the law. (Is that judge so naive? After all, if Trump goes to the Supreme Court now, his cronies will grant permission there after all, because for them, Trump IS above the law.)
