There is a Judge they want to impeach, the one that signed a warrants to spy on the 8 or so Senate members... The Senate is begging that the Judge be removed while this process is ongoing.

What do you do?? I understand that the founders, or whoever, didn't want the political firing of Judges... But if there are some rogue Judges... CLEARLY off the wall and not following the Law or Constitution their should be some kind of fast track for them.

I thought the Supreme Court had some authority over the lower judges.
But I might be wrong about that.

They have ... Once the Supreme court makes a decision the next Judge uses slightly different language so that things have to take a trip back up to the Supreme Court.

The main problem is that the system was created assuming that most
people would follow the rules and that the system would police itself. But so many judges have been installed by the Elitsts that they can do these things seemingly without consequences.
