But that RINO stuff stinks real bad. Joe explained it best when he said that "we need a majority in the senate" and yea, we do need that, but
man, those 2 rino beaches need to go. They help us with 1 thing only
and that's the majority. But primary, primary, primary. People in their states (Alaska and Maine) should revolt.
So I'm stuck voting for that traitor John James for Gov in Nov. Not the person I wanted, but the Democrat candidate is Benson - our current SoS, involved in many scandals, and key person in the 2020 voter fraud in Michigan. She's committed sooooo many election crimes, but our AG is
her buddy.

Is he speaking to voters or is he hiding in the basement?
Here we've got Bruce Blakeman running for gov. He's an excellent county executive, but in his campaign for gov all he has is just 1 TV
commercial. No campaign speeches, no TV appearances, nothing on the
radio. To me it seems weak. I'd be all over the state begging for votes
if I were in that position.

Speaking somewhat. After his vote for the car kill switch, no one
trusts what he says.

To me, this is controlled opposition, giving you the illusion that
someone is actually running, but not well enough to even try to win.

Still, a rino is better than Gretchen with a blonde wig.

It seems that way, but I'm optimistic. Maybe he's going to wait until
we get closer to November and then start fighting. I pray for
Blakeman's success every day just like I do with Trump.
I'm pretty sure that James is too.
He's "better" in the same way that a river 12" over flood level is
better than a river 14" over flood level. Neither choice is good.

Just like the scenario in NY: these "Republican" candidates don't
really care if they win or not, because they're "being paid" either
way.

Exactly. I feel that John James, regardless of the "R" after his name,
is pushing the same Leftist control agenda.

That's a common scenario. The mayor of my city has the "R" but he's a total "A-hole." Rinos are 100% useless when they're not in congress/senate. Congress/senate rinos are at around 96%.

There are no "Democrats" or "Republicans". There is only the Uniparty
and the illusion of choice.

Plus a few lone-wolves like Trump and my county sheriff.

Since Sheriffs are elected by the people, they are only beholden to the people - not to a shadowy group pulling the strings.
With the technology that we have today, we ought to do that. Every
month we have an election for people like congress critters. The
"good", "meh", "bad". No vote = "meh". If "bad" wins, there's some
sort of punishment.

Good point. My county sheriff didn't run ads on TV or anything. He
built a reputation by serving as a police officer for several years (unlike George's puppets.) And now a Democrat lawyer is running against him. How does "lawyer for sheriff" sound to you?
IIUC that sounds like a great idea. At least every year. Congress terms should be for 1 year. No more of this "career" crap.

I think the terms are about the right size. But we need an overall limit to the number of years someone can spend in gov't - congress-critters as well as unelected bureaucrats and judges.
