    The state of New York is going to offer farmers in the state a subsidy to compensate for the import tariff losses incurred due to Trump. $30 million is available. The state has a Democratic governor, but whether the farmers will actually vote for Democrats in November is doubtful. Generally speaking, they have proven quite tenacious in choosing Trump and the Republicans against their own interests.


    Trump has once again threatened Europe with a 100% tariff. You heard nothing about it, because no one takes him seriously anymore. There is simply no attention paid to it anymore.

    Joseph's typical anti-Trump rants took a bizarre turn in that message:

    The thing I find shocking about it is that the relief is apparently for all NY farmers who meet a very modest criteria, and their skin color isn't part of the criteria. This could very well be the first (and last) non-racially motivated perk from the governor's office, and I don't have any complaints about it. However, I'll still "Say no to the Ho" in November.
