As school boards are generally locally run and controlled (carroted
Federal Money), I am very curious to confirm.
On side note: Enough with whataboutism, people wonder why on the whole
(or hole), nothing seems to change. The justice system would tell us,
"You can not use someone elses bad behvior as a defense for your own."
So, why do we tolerate it when it is done by government employee's or our leaders?

That isn't a bad thing, what is a bad thing is selectively using the criminal justice system for personal retaliation and political gain.

Garland was tapped for investigation from the DOJ because of his memos
to the FBI to investigate Catholic parents at school board meetings.
Biden didn't like him enough to do an auto-pen pardon for him.
