    Thursday May 5th (next week) this system will be down most of the day due to a planned power-outage.

    It's supposed to start no later than 07:15am and will last a significant portion of the day ...

    Starting around 6:00 PM on November 15, I will be temporarily unreachable on this site due to a hospital admission.

    On November 16, I will undergo a procedure to have a cochlear implant inserted to improve my hearing, hopefully.

    I have no idea how long the hospital stay will last; it could be anywhere from November 17 to perhaps the 20th.

    During this period, the system will run on autopilot ... which, in essence, is what it's already doing ... so I don't anticipate any major issues ... knock on wood.

    Hope it goes well. Just had a stent put in my left carotid Thursday and have to do it on the other side in a month or so. I am not one to enjoy such things and the downtime invovled. It has given me a chance to get back online and work on my board though so there's that I guess.
