2 md Zucchini
1 c Spinach; chopped; cooked
1 c Ham; diced -OR-
4 sl Bacon
1 tb Onion; minced
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Mozzarella; shredded
Salt & pepper
Halve zucchini lengthwise and simmer in boiling salted water until
barely tender. Scoop out pulp; dice and add to chopped spinach. Cook
bacon & saute onion in bacon grease. If leftover chopped ham is
used, saute it with onion in small amount of margarine. Combine all
ingredients and fill shells. Bake in 375?F oven for 20 minutes.
