Title: Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts

2 c Oregon hazelnuts; roasted
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
1 ts Vanilla
Salt
Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla, and a
few grains of salt. Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the
nuts. Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, or finely grated
coconut, if desired.
