Title: Sorbet Frappe

3/4 c Fruit sorbet; your choice
1 c Almond milk
1 ts Vanilla extract

For a lighter version, substitute seltzer water for the nondairy milk
and omit the vanilla.

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
and creamy. Pour into two glasses and serve at once.
