Title: Tomato Chutney (Jaffna Style)

1 lb Tomatoes
1 tb Ghee
1 Onion
1 ts Urad dal
1/2 c Coconut milk
1/2 c Curd
1/2 ts Lime juice
2 Green chiles
Salt
1/2 ts Mustard seeds
Blanch the tomatoes, then peel and mash them. Add the coconut milk and
curd. Heat the ghee and fry the mustard seeds, dal, onions, and
chiles for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add to the tomatoes.
Serve at room temperature.
