    Would it be acceptable to just replace the first value in the log message with the vhost? As is suggested in the "Virtual Hosts" section at https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/logs.html ?

    What would that looks like in the logs?

    Would the /index.html look soemthing like www.mywebsite/index.html?

    It would just change the first parameter in the log line, like described on that Apache doc page.

    Yes that looks good as %v will show the virtual host.

    Updated from master, and I can see the vhost included in the logs, however I'm still seeing multiple logfiles being updated depending on which vhost is used and not the one logfile as anticipated with the ONE_HTTP_LOG option set.

    Yes I closed down all services did an update as usual and started services after.
