A NEW CHINESE MEGACONSTELLATION: Not to be confused with the drones of New Jersey, ten new Chinese satellites have just been spotted flying over the United States. They are the first members of the new Guowang internet megaconstellation, a direct competitor to Starlink. Remarkably, this is the second megaconstellation China has kickstarted this year.
