On Friday, the FAA made a statement to NBC News that warns "shooting down those drones can result in civil penalties from the FAA."

Republican lawmakers like Jeff Van Drew are calling for them to be shot down, but Biden's FAA says "leave them alone."

So despite what some silly "lawmakers have to say," the FAA is calling the shots. This reminds me of that conversation we were having about non law-making departments of gov making the rules.

And that would require that the FAA say who was "damaged" in the shooting (i.e. the owner of the drone).

Republican lawmakers like Jeff Van Drew are calling for them to be shot down, but Biden's FAA says "leave them alone."

Which means that the Biden Regime put them there or someone paid the Biden Regime to put them there.

Yup. That will end in, how many days now?

It is behind a paywall so I couldn't read it (I have read all of my one
free articles from WIRED), but they have an article about the reasons even
the military cannot just shoot them down.

In the case of civilians, I suspect we shouldn't shoot at them in the event that we have misidentified them, i.e. some drunk dumbass shoots at a
"drone" that turns out to be a Cesna and then kills some people, or it is a drone that crashes into something on the ground and kills people.

Since most of these sightings are at night, misidentification by even a sober-but-excited person is not at all out of the question.

I still figure they are involved in some US Military exercises and that is
why no one is getting too excited.

The whole "we can't shoot them down" thing doesn't make any sense. What would the secret service do if a drone got too close to one of their protectees?

I hope that's all it is but the military can't expect us to get used to seeing them flying around. We're used to seeing the military driving around in caravans but this is not blending in.

    Shoot it down.

That's why I say that the drones are just a distraction so the Propaganda Ministry (i.e. Media) has something to talk about instead of Biden's mass release of criminals and such.

Based on OMG's reporting, Biden truely is mentally gone. So this isn't him but rather the group of people "under" him doing things.

The drones are serving that purpose, but they could be serving other purposes at the same time.

He's been loyal to his masters this whole time. Some of them invested millions of dollars (billions probably) into his presidency. They want maximum return on their investment and Biden is a "yes man."

Probably. I've heard a rumor that they are searching for missing nuclear material (from medical equipment). So they are serving a legitimate purpose, but the Regime's silence lets them also serve as a distraction.

I think they made a bad investment.

Drones searching for missing nuclear material sounds like 2 bad decisions at the same time.

Nuclear material going missing sounds like a big deal, even if it was a medical facility that lost it. We can't let anyone normalize that. "Ah, it's just another case of missing nuclear material."
