Mine, however, focuses on cooking with the microwave. With all the
science involved explained in detail.
Mine is about complicated menus in the cramped confines of a 31ft
sailboat galley.
Nice niche. In my old 15-meter, 100-ton shrimp trawler, we had a
really cramped galley (just a stove under the stairs down), so I can absolutely relate to that.
Make it yourself, including sushi rice and wasabi. Google Translate
is needed if you don't know Swedish. I've checked, and it does an
almost perfect job nowadays; at least for Swedish (we have worked
hard to educate Google Translate).
You also need to ignore the warnings you receive because I refuse to
pay several hundred Euros per year just to get the 's' after http.
