2 c Mint leaves
2 tb Lemon juice;
- freshly squeezed
1/2 ts Salt; or to taste
1/2 ts Red chili flakes
1 ts Brown sugar
Preparation time: 15 minutes
This fresh and bright pudina chutney is perfect when you are looking
to add tartness to an otherwise quiet meal.
Place all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until you get the
desired consistency.
