Once they committed a crime in the U.S. or were proven to be a member of a terrorist organization, their "right" to the court date in 2030 was revoked.

We need to stop thinking that illegals have rights in the U.S. They don't. They may have privileges that we grant out of courtesy, but they have no rights.

And he also said that even if you're a terrorist who entered the country illegally you should still be able to stay in the USA until a taxpayer funded attorney gets you back onto the streets again.
