    Seeing as how the userlist.js is apparently not what I'm looking for, where is the last few callers?

    The "last few callers" is easy enough to bring up in a JS module with:

    bbs.list_logons();

    However IIRC it is "who called today," which may look consistently dismally empty on a system that doesn't receive a lot of calls.

    Maybe a list that randomly picks users from the user base. We can call
    it, "Who Should Have Called Today" :P

    Hmm write a java script that searches the user list for callers who haven't called in more than 3-4 days and make a list titled "Detention List" ;-)

    Actually, for what I want to do, it might be best if I don't just go down the user list and do as Digital Man suggested to take the last call and last connection type and use that for my list. ...

    Will have to work that into my time frame... Getting a lot of things on the burner right now.... Trying to learn how to make apps for Windows App store, wanting to finish writing an app for the Android market, Developing a Logging app for some custom contest / clubs I'm in, and trying to get another 30 or so PSK31 contacts. Not to mention, when I just happen to have free time, I'd love to clear some more land out on the property. Oh yeah, and I'm kinda getting into PIC programming again, and was wanting to put together a demo for the ham radio group of what you could do with it...

    have it check to see if they havent called for a month and then spam them begging them to come back.

    actually i've done that sort of, when announcing stuff like once a year. i do get people to revisit.
