I wonder what the boomers called it when they started acting like their parents? ;)

It seems like the labels lead to division. It makes the label less than human and ok to insult it or berate it. After all, it is just a label. People under a certain age forget there is a human attached to that
label.
I hear a lot of people on one side of the argument throwing
around facism today and they do not really understand what it really means.
But the "fascism" label has nothing
do with Fascism. Rather it's part o
the dehumanization plan.

Boomer actually refers to persons in the Baby Boom generation. If you ar about to turn 50 then you are not in that generation. That said, if you are acting like your parents you might be acting like a boomer. ;)

A lot of the older people on BBSes back when I was a kid had these same kind of "troll-esque" discussions. I just don't understand the point of some of i I always had a lot of fun with it.
Welcome!
Thanks!
I think a lot of the younger folks on the social media are just wanting attention. It is like yelling, "Look at me, look what I can do!"
as those of us who were born to boomers.

Take out the word 'younger', replace 'the social media' with 'everywhere', a change 'just wanting attention' to 'desparate attention whores'.

idiot kids on social media think anybody older than them is a boomer.I feel sorry for them. They are going to miss out on some real character and community building experiences in REAL life. I am a boomer and proud of it. John,
they call people in their 40s boomers.
