    I think he thinks we're all depraved men in soiled sweatpants living in their parent's basement. Sounds like projection to me.

    Yeah. I WISH my parents had a basement.

    I wish mine still lived in their previous home. It had a finished basement (well, technically it was a bi-level) complete with bathrooms and bedrooms.
    That'd be a nice setup! :D

    Now, my mother lives in a much smaller home with no basement, while my
    father and his wife live in a home with a clean, dry basement but with no facilities. It does at least have electric and is a walk out. ;)

    True, and I am glad I do still have one.

    i'm just jerking your chain. she did die though.
    so did her sister a year later. then another sister died of cancer last summer. smoked marlboro reds every day.
